20.1. Note
The OTHL CBA is subject to review at any time and can be changed at any time. When anything in the CBA has changed, all GM's will be notified. Note, that the OTHL CBA is not meant to be an ironclad document. We are not lawyers, and if it is not in the rulebook, that doesn't mean it is legal. The OTHL and the BOD reserve the right to fine any team at any time for actions they feel are not in good conscience toward the fairness of the league. Bottom line is if it feels like cheating, you probably shouldn't do it.
